Ticket Information

Please show your ticket at the Main Entrance Gate for entry to the grounds and keep it in your possession at all times. If your ticket is valid for admission to a hospitality venue, you will be asked to present it at the entrance of the venue. Upon initial entry into your hospitality venue, you will receive a wristband and your ticket will be marked. Re-entry into the hospitality venue will require you to present the wristband and marked ticket. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. The UL International Crown is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. The resale of tickets is prohibited. Violators will have their tickets confiscated.

Youth Admission Policy

All spectators 17 years of age and younger are admitted to the Grounds and the International Pavilion free of charge when accompanied by an adult with the same corresponding ticket. Admittance into any other on-course hospitality facilities will require a ticket for spectators of any age.

Military Admission Policy

Active duty, retired and reserve military personnel and their dependents will be admitted to the grounds at no charge with a valid military/dependent ID presented at the gate.

Mobile Device Policy

Mobile devices (phones and tablets) are permitted but must be kept on silent/vibrate mode and may only be utilized in areas away from play. Mobile device camera use is permitted course-wide only during the Practice and Pro-Am rounds on Tuesday and Wednesday; during the Competition Rounds Thursday through Sunday, photos may NOT be taken in areas where players will hear the device in use.

No video recording will be permitted at any time.

Spectators attempting to utilize their mobile device in unauthorized areas or in ways not approved by the tournament will be asked to surrender the device and pick it up at a designated location when departing the golf course

Prohibited Items

In an effort to create the best environment for the competition and for the comfort and safety of the players, spectators, volunteers and staff, please note the restrictions below regarding items that are not permitted onto the Tournament grounds. Please avoid any inconvenience by leaving these items at home or in your vehicle. Please be prepared to submit yourself and your personal items to inspection by tournament security staff.

  • No bags, backpacks or purses larger than approximately 8" x 8" x 8"
  • No cameras or video cameras during Competition Rounds Thursday through Sunday (Cameras ARE permitted during the Practice and Pro-Am rounds Tuesday and Wednesday; only still photos may be taken; no video)
  • No food, beverages or coolers (One sealed bottle of water 16.9 oz. or less per person IS permitted)
  • No lawn furniture, large folding chairs, chair bags or cases (Small folding chairs and golf stools ARE permitted but please leave the bag or case at home or in your vehicle)
  • No televisions, radios, step ladders or bicycles
  • No animals other than certified service animals
  • No metal-spiked golf shoes
  • No weapons regardless of permit, including but not limited to firearms or knives
  • Inclement Weather Policy

    Please observe the leaderboards throughout the golf course for "weather warning" signs that appear prior to inclement weather moving into the area. When this sign appears, spectators are advised to take precautions PRIOR to play being suspended. If siren sounds, seek shelter immediately. Avoid the following: open areas, hilltops/high places, isolated trees, golf carts & wire fences.
